Reenstra of Toms River.<\/p>\n<p>Heather A. Reenstra will produce two 12&#8243; by 12&#8243; squares from each municipal image.\u00a0 One will be incorporated into the 5&#8242; by 7&#8242; quilt.\u00a0 The second square will be framed and presented at a municipal meeting along with a commemorative 3&#8242; by 5&#8242; Ocean County Flag and other memorabilia.<\/p>\n<p>The order is intended to be the date that the municipality was chartered in the original name.\u00a0 For example, Toms River Township is the third oldest municipality but was originally chartered as Dover Township.<\/p>\n<p>Images below are for illustration only
