Congratulations OCVTS Students

Ocean County Vocational Technical School students were recognized for their outstanding performance and accomplishments in a host of competitions throughout the year. Recognition certificates from the Ocean County Board of Commissioners were presented to students who excelled in the following competitions: International Thespian Society New Jersey State Honors; New Jersey FCCLA State Leadership Conference; New Jersey Academy of Science; Delaware Valley Science Fair; New Jersey Southern Junior Science and Humanities Symposium; New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Mapping Contest; National Ocean Sciences Bowl; New Jersey State Envirothon and SkillsUSA New Jersey State Honors.  Skills USA is a national organization formed by a partnership of students, teachers and industry working together to promote the growth and development of a skilled workforce in America. Family members, loved ones and school advisors and administrators joined the students during the annual Awards Ceremony on June 5 in the Ocean County Administration Building, Toms River.
