Thank You For Your Service
The Ocean County Board of Commissioners honored the many veterans who serve within Ocean County Government during a morning ceremony on the south lawn of the Ocean County Administration Building on Nov. 12. Led by Commissioner Robert S. Arace, liaison to the Ocean County Veterans Service Bureau, the event recognized employees for their military service and continued dedication to the public. “Today is about our veterans and about recognizing the incredible impact you’ve had on our country, and right here in our community,” said Arace. “That service doesn’t end when you come home; it continues in the leadership, integrity, and pride you bring to Ocean County every day.”
Commissioners Jennifier Bacchione, Virginia E. Haines, and Deputy Director Frank Sadeghi joined Commissioner Arace, Veterans Service Bureau Director Vincent Camporeale, and Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer in paying tribute to veterans. The ceremony included the reading of a certificate of appreciation and the placement of a wreath at the Veterans Monument.
