The Ocean County Board of Commissioners held its 2024 Reorganization meeting Jan. 3. Before a standing room only crowd, with loved ones by his side, Frank Sadeghi put his left hand on the Bible and was sworn into his first three-year term on the Board.

Commissioner Vicari Bids Farewell

Ocean County Commissioner Joseph H. Vicari concluded his final meeting on Dec. 20, 2023 following 42 years of dedicated public service to the residents of Ocean County.

Celebrating The Festival of Lights

Joined with Ocean County residents and local officials, the Ocean County Board of Commissioners celebrated the first night of Hanukkah with the lighting of the menorah outside of the Ocean County Administration Building located on the corner of Washington Street and Hooper Avenue in Toms River.
