A Crime Victim\u2019s Rights Walk held April 20 on the Seaside Heights Boardwalk brought out a few hundred supporters of crime victim\u2019s rights wearing blue or purple t-shirts highlighting the importance of the event. Ocean County Board of Commissioner Deputy Director Gary Quinn, liaison to the Ocean County Prosecutor\u2019s Office along with Commissioner Virginia E. Haines presented a proclamation from the Board declaring April 21 through 27 as Crime Victim\u2019s Rights Week to Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer, Anthony Carrington, Chief of Detectives, and Carol Froberg, Victim Witness Director, all of the Ocean County Prosecutor\u2019s Office to kickoff the April 20 walk.
