Commissioner Robert S. Arace, liaison to Ocean County Cultural and Heritage Division served as the Master of Ceremonies and was joined by Deputy Director of the Board of Commissioners Frank Sadeghi and Commissioners Virginia E. Haines and Jennifier Bacchione. Also in attendance were 9<sup>th<\/sup> District State Sen. Carmen Amato, Ocean County\u2019s Acting County Clerk John Catalano, Surrogate Jeffrey W. Moran, Sheriff Michael G. Mastronardy, and Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer all joining a full house in the meeting room of the Administration Building. \u201cI am happy to say we have collected more than 60 items from nearly 30 Ocean County departments and agencies that have been strategically placed in the time capsule along with personal notes from the Commissioners,\u201d said Arace as he reviewed some of the items placed in the capsule. \u201cWhen this capsule is opened, all of this will paint a picture of what is truly one of the most incredible places anywhere \u2013 Ocean County.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style type=\"text\/css\">\n\t\t\t#gallery-1
