Surrounded by colleagues, family, and friends, the ceremony celebrated the start of a new chapter for the County Clerk and Deputy Clerks. John P. Kelly was joined by his family as he took the oath for his five-year term as Ocean County Clerk. Also sworn in were John Catalano, who assumed the role of Deputy County Clerk with Commissioner Jennifier Bacchione by his side, and Ashley Lamb, who stepped into her position as Deputy Clerk accompanied by her husband, Justin.
