2025 Disability Employment & Job Resource Fair
On Tuesday, October 7, the Ocean County Commission for Individuals with Disabilities and the Ocean County Workforce Development Board, in partnership with the Office of Disability Services at Ocean County College, Waters and Sims Supported Employment Services, and the Ocean County Library System held the third annual Disability Employment Job and Resource Fair.
This event was designed to create opportunities and foster inclusivity for everyone. There were a variety of agencies and organizations with resources and information for individuals with disabilities and those seeking employment.
An award ceremony was held in the afternoon, where a proclamation was presented on behalf of the Ocean County Board of Commissioners, observing the month of October 2025 to be Disability Employment Awareness Month.
