Caring for Our Veterans

With Ocean County being home to the largest veterans population in New Jersey, the Ocean County Board of Commissioners welcomed the new Veterans Affairs Clinic to the neighborhood during a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, November 18, 2024.

Golfing for the Students

Ocean County Commissioner Virginia E. Haines, liaison to the Ocean County Vocational Technical Schools, brought well wishes from the Ocean County Board of Commissioners to all the attendees participating in the Ocean County Foundation for Vocational Technical Education annual golf outing fund raiser at the Atlantis County Golf Course in Little Egg Harbor Township on Oct. 10.

Adults with special challenges were the honored guests at the main branch of the Ocean County Library, Washington Street, Toms River, on Oct. 8 as they enjoyed the library’s annual Harvest Friendship Dance.
