With family, friends, colleagues, staff, elected officials from the state and local levels in attendance, the Ocean County Board of Commissioners held its annual Organization Meeting for 2025 on Jan. 6 in the Ocean County Administration Building, Toms River.

In a low key swearing in at the Ocean County Administration Building, Toms River, Ocean County’s newest Commissioners Jennifier Bacchione and Robert S. Arace were administered the oath of office Jan. 3 signaling the beginning of their first three-year term on the Board.

Reaching Out
The Ocean County Board of Commissioners recently unveiled two new mobile outreach units that are part of the county’s continuing efforts to bring services directly into the community.
Embracing the Light of Hanukkah
Calling it a rededication, the Ocean County Board of Commissioners joined with County residents, local officials and friends from the Jewish Community to celebrate the Festival of Lights during Ocean County’s annual Menorah Lighting celebration held Dec. 26 at the Ocean County Administration Building, Hooper Avenue, Toms River.
