Ocean County installs Ocean 250 street banners

The Ocean County Board of Commissioners has installed Ocean 250 Banners in downtown Toms River near the County Administrative Complex.  The Ocean County Public Information Office commissioned the new Ocean 250 banners to maximize the branding of the http://ocean250.0rg effort.
