The Ocean County Board of Elections works in conjunction with the Office of the Ocean County Clerk under strict compliance of the election laws set forth by the State of New Jersey.

While each election office is responsible for carrying out their own specific duties mandated under state law, both offices are committed to providing services to all eligible voters in Ocean County with efficiency and fairness while upholding the integrity of the election process.
