The Ocean County Department of Human Services is collaborating with various agencies to offer assistance to individuals, families, and organizations via programs funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). In order to be eligible for these programs, all participants must reside in Ocean County and have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
