2026 Public Hearing & Needs assessment Survey
The Ocean County Office of Senior Services is conducting a needs assessment survey as part of its commitment to supporting the well-being and independence of older adults in our community. This survey is a crucial step in fulfilling the requirements of the Older Americans Act (OAA) grant, which mandates that Area Agencies on Aging regularly assess the needs of local seniors to guide the development and funding of programs and services. Your participation helps ensure that the voices of Ocean County’s older adults, caregivers, and stakeholders are heard. The information gathered will directly inform which services are prioritized, identify gaps in existing resources, and help shape future initiatives that allow seniors to live safely and independently in their homes and communities. By taking a few minutes to complete the survey, you are playing an essential role in building a stronger, more responsive system of support for all older adults in Ocean County.
