Ten students from Stevens are using Cattus Island as the basis for their final project in a class on living shoreline design. As a part of the assignment students are working alongside Stevens researchers during the site assessment phase. The final deliverable for the class will be a series of conceptual designs developed based on the procedures outlined in the Stevens Living Shorelines Engineering Guidelines.
