TOMS RIVER - On Wednesday, Aug. 21, work on the Ocean County Parking Garage will move into Phase 3 with the closure of the south entrance accessed from Hadley Avenue. All vehicles using the Ocean County Parking Garage will be required to enter through the north side entrance located on Madison Avenue. Rehabilitation work on garage floors 1 through 4 on the south side of the structure will begin.
In some areas of the garage there will be reduced parking, however spots will still be available on the north sides of floors 1 through 4 and all of floor 5.
During this time, handicapped spots will be relocated and walking paths will be made available for people to get to the lobby area on each floor to access the stairwell and elevators.
