Pursuant to P.L.2024, c.106 and Bill S4654, the County of Ocean publishes all required legal notices on its official website, accessible to the public free of charge.
In accordance with S4654/A5878, which requires the New Jersey Department of State to maintain a centralized, publicly accessible directory of legal notice hyperlinks submitted by public entities, legal notices issued by the County of Ocean may be viewed at the following locations:
