The Ocean County Improvement Authority is requesting qualifications from qualified individuals and firms to provide the following professional services:
• Auditing Services
•Bond Counsel Services
•General Counsel Services
•Municipal Advisor Consulting Services
•Underwriting Services Pool
All proposals must be received prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time on Friday, November 13, 2026. The Ocean County Improvement Authority and the County of Ocean will not be responsible for late submissions. No proposals will be accepted after the time specified in this notice.
Proposals will be received electronically through the County of Ocean''s Online Procurement Portal pursuant to the Shared Services Agreement between the Ocean County Improvement Authority and the County of Ocean. Specifications and submission requirements are available through the Online Procurement Portal or may be viewed, for informational purposes only, in the Ocean County Administrator''s Office, Ocean County Administration Building, 101 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, New Jersey.
Respondents must submit a separate proposal for each professional service for which they seek consideration.
Direct all inquiries through the question-and-answer feature of the Online Procurement Portal.
