Due to the change in Township Code Officials from Berkeley to Seaside Park without the opportunity to notice the parties with in the time period allowed, the hearing that was schedule before the Ocean County Construction Board of Appeals on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. has been cancelled.
Note you will receive a new date and notice via, email, regular mail and certified mail two weeks prior.
