Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement – The County of Ocean intends to participate in Jesco, Inc., Contract No. 022626-WAI.
Information regarding the contract may be obtained from the Ocean County Purchasing Department, Administration Building, Room 224, Toms River, NJ 08753 or via phone at (732) 929-2101. The County of Ocean anticipates awarding a Purchase Order pursuant to Jesco, Inc., Contract No. 022626-WAI.
The initial contract term is April 27, 2026 through April 21, 2030.
It is the intent of the Purchasing Agent to make a contract award pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to Jesco, Inc., Contract No. 022626-WAI.
The County of Ocean is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
