NOTICE TO BIDDERS - OPENING APR. 14, 2026 |
Ocean County will receive bids 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, 2026 in the Administration Building, Toms River, NJ for Reconstruction and Resurfacing of Brookside Drive Phase II Outfall Replacement, Township of Toms River. Plans and specs are available on the County''s OpenGov Electronic Bid Portal (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/oceancounty). Bidders must comply with P.L. 1975, C. 127 and 10% Surety required. The work to be performed under this Contract consists of replacing four (4) existing outfall pipes and abandoning one (1) existing corrugated metal pipe with Controlled Low Strength Material (CLSM) along Brookside Drive in the Township of Toms River. Work also includes minor wooden bulkhead repairs, concrete headwall, riprap stone, removing and replanting trees, and concrete sidewalk. Estimated construction cost range: $0 to $1,000,000.00
