Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement – The County of Ocean intends to participate in Dujets Corporation DBA Northeastern Arborist Supply, Contract No. 020223-AVT.

The County of Ocean anticipates awarding a Purchase Order pursuant to Dujets Corporation DBA Northeastern Arborist Supply, Contract No. 020223-AVT.
The initial contract term is April 6, 2023 through April 17, 2027.
It is the intent of the Purchasing Agent to make a contract award pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to Dujets Corporation DBA Northeastern Arborist Supply, Contract No. 020223-AVT.
The County of Ocean is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
