Announcement of Competitive Contracting Request for Proposals
The Ocean County Board of Commissioners is requesting Competitive Contracting proposals from organizations to provide Older Worker Upskill Services for the Department of Human Services.
All proposals must be received prior to 4:00 pm, prevailing time on Thursday, October 8, 2026
Proposals will be received electronically via the County’s Online Procurement Portal https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/oceancounty. Specifications are available on the Procurement Portal or for viewing only, in the Department of Purchase, Room #224, Administration Building, 101 Hooper Ave, Toms River, New Jersey.
The County will not be responsible for late submissions, and no proposals will be accepted after the time stipulated on this notice.
Questions about this solicitation must be submitted using the Ocean County Procurement Portal Website (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/oceancounty) no later than 12:00 PM on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
