NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT |
Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement – The County of Ocean intends to participate in Workplace Solutions, The University of Nebraska Contract No. 001299.

The County of Ocean anticipates awarding a Purchase Order pursuant to Workplace Solutions, The University of Nebraska Contract No. 001299.
The initial contract term is June 1, 2023 through May 31, 2028, with an option to renew for one (1) additional five-year period through May 31, 2033.
It is the intent of the Purchasing Agent to make a contract award pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to Workplace Solutions, The University of Nebraska Contract No. 001299.
The County of Ocean is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
