NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF GRANT FUNDS AND REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS FOR LOCAL ARTS PROGRAM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ocean County Cultural & Heritage Commission is accepting applications for funding under the Local Arts Program for the 2027 grant year.
The Local Arts Program provides funding to eligible organizations located in and primarily serving Ocean County for arts-related programs, projects, operations, and activities. Available funding categories include General Operating Support, Joint Operating Support, and Special Project Support.
Applications must be completed and electronically submitted through the County’s OpenGov Procurement Portal by Thursday, October 8, 2026 prevailing time. Paper, emailed, faxed, or late applications will not be accepted.
Grant guidelines, eligibility requirements, application instructions, required documents, and submission information are available at:

Questions must be submitted through OpenGov by Question Submission Date at Question Submission Time. Applicants shall not rely upon oral interpretations or information provided outside the portal.
All awards are subject to available funding, application review, approval by the Ocean County Board of Commissioners, and execution of a grant agreement.
