NOTICE TO BIDDERS |
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for the furnishing and delivery of:
1.. Repair Services for Vehicles and Equipment with GVWR 15,000 Lbs. or Greater
2. Sand, Gravel, Stone and Topsoil
3. Steel Channel Posts and Timber for Sign Posts
4. Supplementary Vehicle Towing and Roadside Services
5. Various Aluminum Bulkhead Materials
6. Various Equipment for the Traffic Division
for the County of Ocean, will be received by the County of Ocean at the Administration Building, 101 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, New Jersey on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., prevailing time.
Specifications are available on the Ocean County Website – *Procurement Portal –procurement.opengov.com/portal/oceancounty and also are on file in the Department of Purchase, Room #224, Administration Building, 101 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, New Jersey (732) 929-2101 and may be obtained upon request.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 C.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.
