Rocky the Recycling Raccoon In conjunction with New Jersey Clean Communities, the Ocean County Department of Corrections proudly presents “Rocky the Recycling Raccoon”.
Rocky is the newest addition to the Ocean County Department of Corrections, and serves as an ambassador to the children of Ocean County by way of educating them on the importance of recycling and litter control.
Rocky, along with his predecessor, “Sparkles”, has been visiting schools and various community based programs throughout Ocean County for well over a decade, and in his own entertaining way, has helped emphasize his important message to thousands of children … all while putting smiles on their faces.
