Appointments are strongly recommended; walk-in customers are welcome, but be prepared to wait for a while.
Customers with appointments are accommodated first.

Walk-ins need to be at the County Connection at least 2 hours prior to closing to give you ample time to fill out applications, wait for your turn, and have your documents processed by an agent. Please check in at the kiosk located to the left when you walk in.

At the end of the night, we have closing procedures we have to get done before the mall closes. Employees also need to follow Ocean County Mall guidelines and leave the mall by closing time for security reasons.

We thank you for your patience and understanding.
