Distractions


  • Reading maps, books, newspapers, etc.

  • Radio, tapes, CD’s.

  • Cell phones, iPods, text messaging.

  • Makeup, shaving, other types of personal grooming.

  • Eating, drinking all types of beverages.

  • Reaching into the glove compartment or on the floor or back seat.


Bike Safety


  • Wear your helmet. Use knee, wrist and ankle pads to prevent injuries.

  • Make sure your shoelaces are tied so they dont get caught in your wheels or chains.

  • Wear bright and reflective clothing so you are easliy seen.

  • Stop, Look and Listen for traffic.

  • Ride safe and be safe.
