All requests for Governmental Records received by the Ocean County Board of Elections will require the completion of an OPRA (Open Public Records Act) form, a link is located at the bottom of this page.
The OPRA Request must be completed, signed and returned to our office via fax or mail prior to the release of any requested information.
Upon receipt of OPRA Request, it will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. Election cycles may extend processing times.
If you would like to order a comprehensive voter list, please complete an Election Order form, which details format and processing preferences, and include it with your OPRA Request. You can download the form from the link at the bottom of this page.

Fees Pursuant to OPRA Requests:
- No fee for email transfer
- Any list received on CD will be a flat fee of $0.50
- As of November 9, 2010, fees for printed lists/pages will be $0.05 per page - Letter ; $0.07 per page Legal
- There may be an additional charge for special orders
Submitting Payment:
Check or Money Order Only payable to the Ocean County Treasurer. Payment is due when order is picked up or prior to mailing an order.
