Options for Disposal

1. Sell or Donate
Consider selling your E-Bike or Hoverboard to someone who can continue to enjoy and maintain it. Alternatively, donating to a local organization or community program can give your device a second life.

2. Recycling Programs
Look for local recycling facilities or programs that accept electronic devices, batteries might be recycled separately.

3. Battery Disposal
Dispose of batteries at approved locations to prevent environmental harm. Batteries may contain hazardous materials that can be harmful if not handled properly.

For Batteries Less Than 300Wh: Ocean County Recycling Centers accept batteries with a capacity less than 300Wh and under 11 lbs.

For All Batteries: E-Bike and Hover Board batteries should be disposed at approved Battery Disposal Locations
