  Art & Sustainability Projects We are looking for schools, artists, art groups, and volunteer groups interested in bringing our Igloo recycling containers back to life.
These “Igloos” are maintained by our department and are located all over Ocean County, the program started in 1989, and currently, we have over 100 Igloos located at parks, beaches, and marinas. In 2022, the Igloos alone saved 28 tons of material from littering our environment.
