Antifreeze


Antifreeze is accepted for recycling at the County's Recycling Centers. There is a 5 gallon limit per resident per day.
Did you know? A sealed bottle of antifreeze has an indefinite shelf life. Once opened, it will keep for years if stored in the original container.

But if you still want to dispose of it , bring it to the Northern and Southern Recycling Centers between 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

- Northern Recycling center located at 601 New Hampshire Avenue, Lakewood, NJ Drop off at building 68.
- Southern Recycling Center located at 379 Haywood Road, Manahawkin, NJ 08050 Drop off at building 105.

Note: Antifreeze is NOT accepted from commercial establishments.
