How to Submit Artist Registration Form using Chrome

If you are a MAC user, please use a different browser such as Safari or Firefox.

Step 1: Open the Artist Registration Form

Step 2: Click the pdf icon on the navigation bar

Small window opens "Parts of this PDF Document could not be displayed."

Step 3: Click on "Open in Adobe Reader"

Don't be alarmed if you see a red window opening

Step 4: If you have Adobe Reader installed, select on the "Proceed without updating Adobe Reader", click ok and proceed to Step 5.

If you don't have Adobe Reader installed click here .

Step 5: Click on "Run this time" if you want to fix this issue temporarily.

Click on "Update plug-in" if you want to permanently solve this issue not only on our website, but also on other websites that may use the submit by email option. You will then follow Adobe instructions.

Step 6: Fill out the form and submit it, reset it or print it!

If problem persist please try using Firefox or Internet Explorer.
